Our aim is to be a part of various respectable football communities and schools while operating our own centres to help improve the opportunities for players from all walks of life. With a development methodology that engages in meaningful game-based experiences, we constantly bring our players to the edge of their ability and help triple their potential.

The core football institutes and schools are the points from where we start to look for talent. We have noticed that if the talent is curated in a proper manner, our trainees become equally capable as some of the best in India between the 13-15 age limit, after which we look to further their development process through competitive exposure.

We also address the attributes they will need to develop so as to prepare them for a career at the highest level. The short term progress our academy teams have made has given us confidence and faith in the young players of Bangalore. In the long term, we hope to implement various processes to help give rise to a pool of talent in the city while also addressing issues that relate to youth development.
